The Vermont Property Owners Report says the median price for a single-family home purchased between March and June 2005 reached $187,500, a 17.7 percent rise over the comparable period in 2004."Without being a condo, you wouldn't find anything in Killington or Lake Bomoseen, but other than that, it's still a pretty good buy around here," one agent told the Rutland Herald.
