Seller: Adelaide de Menil Carpenter, an heiress to the Schlumberger oil fortune. Buyer: Swedish financier Robert Weil. House: her longtime East Hampton property with 40 acres of oceanfront land on exclusive Further Lane, a pool and a pond.The three-bedroom farmhouse (!) is said to have an artsy charm.
